All PC and study workstations are available again

Both campus libraries are open again, including all PC and (single and group) study workstations.

You do have to follow certain rules, however:

  • You are required to wear a FFP2 type of mask.
  • You have to show “3G” proof each time you are entering the library:
    - Proof of full vaccination or ‘booster’ vaccination status from within the past nine months
    - proof of COVID-19 infection within the past three months
    - Official negative test result from an antigen test within the past 24 hours or PCR test from within 48 hours.

For loaning books, we still recommend the remote ordering system via OPAC (includes interlibrary loan orders). As soon as the media ordered are ready to pick up, you receive an email. We will also be happy to ship them to your home against payment of the postage fees. Simply respond to the notification email stating your full current postal address.

Non-University users are also allowed to use all library services.

All library opening hours and new changes are directly posted on the library website.

If you have any questions, you may call us at 0781 205 240, or write an email to bibliothek@hs-offenburg.de.
